Steamed Vegetables
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Green Peas (fresh/frozen)
- ¼ cup Broccoli florets
- ¼ cup Cauliflower florets
- ¼ cup Carrots
- ¼ cup Green beans
- ¼ cup Potatoes
- ¼ cup Zucchini
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup Water
Preparations
- Add the cut vegetables in the Usha EPC and set the dial to the starting point of RICE Mode.
- Add salt to taste and water.
- Close and lock the Usha EPC lid and let it cook until the dial comes to KEEP WARM mode.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and enjoy a healthy meal.
