Roasted Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • Olive oil for spraying
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano

  • Fresh oregano

Preparations

Roasted Bell Pepper Soup
  • Place tomatoes, red bell peppers and garlic in the frying pan and spray some olive oil. Roast it in the Usha Halogen Oven 360˚R at 180˚ for 10-12 min.
  • Add the vegetables, along with lemon juice, salt, water into the blender jar and blend into a soup consistency using the Usha Power Blender.
  • In a pan add the soup. Add black pepper powder, salt, fresh oregano, water and cook.
  • Garnish with fresh oregano.
