Semolina Prawn Cutlet

Ingredients

  • 500 gm prawns
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Water as required
  • Olive oil for spraying

Garnish

  • Coriander chutney
  • Red chilli

Preparations

Semolina Prawn Cutlet
  • Mince the prawns using the Usha Food Processor.
  • In a bowl add the minced prawns, semolina, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.
  • Make small round portions of the mixture and place them on the frying pan of the Usha 360˚R Halogen Oven and spray olive oil on it. Cook the prawn cutlets at 180˚ for 10 mins.
  • Garnish with red chilli and serve it with coriander chutney.
