Orange Cranberry Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 oranges
  • 8-10 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 500 ml cranberry juice

  • Orange

Preparations

Orange Cranberry Sherbet
  • In a pan add fennel seeds, coriander seeds and dry roast them.
  • Add the roasted seeds in the Usha Spice Grinder and grind them to a powder.
  • Extract orange juice using the Usha Food Processor.
  • Add ice, rock salt, jaggery, black pepper, spice powder, orange juice, cranberry juice in the blender jar and blend them.
  • Serve chilled and garnish with orange wedges.
