Chocolate Cake With Orange Peel
Ingredients
- 25 grams Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp boiling Water
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 90 grams Regular Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 50 grams soft unsalted Butter
- 100 grams Breakfast Sugar
- 1tbs Orange Zest
- 3 tbs candied Orange Zest
Preparations
- In a mixing bowl add cocoa powder, warm water and mix well.
- In another bowl add butter, breakfast sugar and whisk. Now add eggs and whisk well.
- Mix the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, add milk and whisk again. Add flour, orange zest, baking powder and mix well.
- Pour the ingredients in a greased tray and bake in the USHA OTG for 30-40 minutes, at 180°C degrees.
- Glaze with molten chocolate and garnish with orange peels.
