Roasted Bell Pepper Soup
Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 red bell pepper
- Olive oil for spraying
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Black pepper powder to taste
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
Garnish
- Fresh oregano
Preparations
- Place tomatoes, red bell peppers and garlic in the frying pan and spray some olive oil. Roast it in the Usha Halogen Oven 360˚R at 180˚ for 10-12 min.
- Add the vegetables, along with lemon juice, salt, water into the blender jar and blend into a soup consistency using the Usha Power Blender.
- In a pan add the soup. Add black pepper powder, salt, fresh oregano, water and cook.
- Garnish with fresh oregano.
