Orange Cranberry Sherbet
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 2 oranges
- 8-10 ice cubes
- 1 tsp rock salt
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- Black pepper to taste
- 500 ml cranberry juice
Garnish
- Orange
Preparations
- In a pan add fennel seeds, coriander seeds and dry roast them.
- Add the roasted seeds in the Usha Spice Grinder and grind them to a powder.
- Extract orange juice using the Usha Food Processor.
- Add ice, rock salt, jaggery, black pepper, spice powder, orange juice, cranberry juice in the blender jar and blend them.
- Serve chilled and garnish with orange wedges.
